Operations Manager At the core of who I am, I am a people person. In my role as Operations Manager for LeaderVision, I am responsible for all back office functions that support the work we do for our great clients. More specifically I engage in business operations, program development, marketing and accounting. My work is supported through a career spanning 30 years in administration, education and public service. The 15 years I spent within Provincial School Boards exposed me to a vast array of multi-disciplinary professionals assessing learning needs and developing programs in support of learning and development. My time as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces changed the way I look at teamwork, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, the value of discipline and process and leadership. I am grateful to be able to work from home and passionate about hiking, my two wonderful sons and the privilege of serving clients through our family business.

In addition to steering the digital ship for LeaderVision, Ian is also responsible for providing external digital support to LeaderVision client programs through the execution of digital health assessments and social media strategy support.
