Meet Doug
Douglas Coll
President & Founder
When you meet him, he will most likely share his passions for conversations, red wine, baseball, his German Shorthaired Lab “Jasper” and articulate his deep distrust of people who don’t swear.
Doug has been involved in sales enablement and sales leadership for 32 years working for sophisticated sales cultures & leading brands such as Fairmont, AON and PwC.
This time has exposed Doug to leading sales cultures, processes, practices, methodologies, enabling technologies and the challenges involved in enabling these particular areas of focus. All to say he has developed a practical perspective on what works and what doesn’t within the broad professional services growth ecosystem.
Doug has a passion for conversation and engagement. To further support this passion and practice area and in addition to his proprietary LVA conversational enablement tools, Doug has recently completed Level One accreditation in Conversational Intelligence ™ through The Creating WE Institute and is currently working on Level Two accreditation with a March 2022 completion date.
Since launching LeaderVision in April of 2018, Doug has built a sales enablement transformation practice with a focus on sales enablement & transformation, conversational agility and sales learning & development with clients spanning North America, Europe & Eurasia.
